This company has the worst roadside assistance service you can ever get. l had a car crash on the highway and had them come and pick it up they decided that they would not tow the car and wouldn’t give me any information on where the car was. Their towing companies that they outsource denied anything to do with the situation, on top of that they don’t speak any English and they could not communicate with me. Also, when I first got my insurance with them, my car broke down within a couple days and they decided they didn’t want to tow my car because there was a startup time on the roadside assistance. I still do not know where my car is. Also My sister had to wait multiple hours for her car to get towed on the side of the road. Not caring that she is alone and stranded. They are a horrible company. This just shows that they don’t care about their customers and are only in it for the money. If you really wanted to assist people who have crashed and could be seriously hurt you would actually “assist” them.There are many out there that need your support and cost way less and/or provide a better service.
